Utility Bills
Modified By anomaly on 2/2/2004 8:23:32 PM)

Was anybody elses' utlity bills like 40% higher this month?  I have city service and about fell out when it was $50 more than usual.  What?!  Was the electricity higher quality when in came in my house last month? Did it go through extra refinement or something?!

that's just wrong.
the poor sap below you is most likely a struggling single parent who was recently laid off from IP .

if your floors allow that much air to seep through, it doesn't say much about the HOLE you live in.
